Do unions have a place in the Information Age? Is it even possible to create new and effective unions? This is a lively and thoughtful account of the creation of such a union by white collar workers at Yale University. Having been there during that time, I can vouch for the accuracy of the described effects upon the university community, and was fascinated to read behind-the-scenes accounts of one of the few recent successes in unionization. Highly Recommended to anyone interested in labor issues and women’s rights.
