I started looking at past lives because of severe abuse as a child. I would leave my body and sometimes go into a past life to escape what was happening to me. The first time I did this was when I was 3 years old and I went back to an Egyptian life. Because of what I went through in my present life I learned to have a sixth sense to be able to see things in other timelines or dimensions. It was a form of dissociation that was a gift at the time to help me cope and now to be able to use it to heal. This book has fascinating past life stories of my friends that we found to clear challenging issues and we are sharing them with you. Comments from a past life reading in this book: Cindy voluntarily did a channeling regarding the pain that I was having in my lower back. As a healer myself, I had already attempted many modalities. These were able to clear other energetic causalities, and relieved some of the pain, but not all. I also had heard from several light workers that the pain was associated with a negative energy from a past life. I did not have experience with a past life reading or what that entailed. I thought that a past life would be along the same genealogical line as I was born in. I soon realized that this was not the case. A past life can be through any race through any gender at earlier times or even in the future. As a spiritual intuitive this process opened the door for me to learn many things. Merging into the soul, I was able to clear away the haunted soul who had died before she could hold her child and felt that she had to stay in that home haunting it until something changed. I just knew instinctively that by healing the situation, loving her as me, and applying the principles and teachings of oneness I was able to give her the love and guidance needed for her to return to the light. Once that had been healed, I felt like a cord to the past had been cut. Immediately I felt more psychic energy and ability built back up in my own self in this present moment. This healed the pain in my hips that was caused by arthritis. That is gone. I did also use some alchemy and other tools which one can learn by reading her other works.
